Su Xian is an Associate Director in the Corporate team and advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular focus on corporate and regulatory compliance, employment and data protection.
She regularly advises both corporate and individual clients across a variety of industries. Her practice includes advising local and foreign companies on corporate governance and compliance matters, including employment and privacy policies, anti-bribery and whistleblowing frameworks, sector-specific regulatory obligations, as well as employee and other internal investigations. She works closely with clients to navigate Singapore’s regulatory landscape and implement practical, commercially sound solutions to meet their compliance requirements. In addition, she assists clients with structuring, negotiating, and documenting domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate advisory matters.
