Su-ann was called to the Singapore Bar in 2022. She is an Associate in the International Arbitration Department at Bayfront Law. Su-ann handles a wide range of matters involving international commercial arbitration, litigation and internal investigations.
Su-ann regularly acts for and advises clients in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations administered by, amongst others, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She has also acted as counsel and advised clients in civil and criminal matters at all levels of the Singapore courts.
The disputes which Su-ann has handed include shareholder disputes, minority oppression claims, defamation cases, cases involving breaches of fiduciary duties, tort, contractual breaches, and employment disputes.
In addition, Su-ann has extensive experience advising on and acting in employment matters and disputes relating to wrongful termination, employee investigations, remuneration disputes, workplace health and safety, enforceability of restrictive covenants, grievance handling policies and anti-discrimination.
