Claire is an Associate whose practice focuses primarily on real estate and conveyancing. She regularly advises and acts for individuals and companies in a broad range of property transactions, including the purchase, sale, refinancing and transfer of residential, commercial and industrial properties. She has experience acting for CPF Board, banks and financial institutions and advises clients on the legal and regulatory issues arising from such conveyancing transactions.

In addition to her conveyancing practice, Claire assists clients with estate planning matters, including the drafting of Wills and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (“LPAs”). Claire graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2024.
