Crystal is an associate in the corporate practice at Bayfront Law, an alliance office of Nishimura & Asahi (Singapore) LLP. Her practice covers domestic and cross-border M&A and investments, as well as fund structuring and regulatory matters, with a focus on transactions and clients across Asia. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Crystal supports clients on transactions spanning the full deal cycle — structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing — with experience across sectors including logistics and real estate, food distribution, and industrial technology, and across both inbound and outbound cross-border deals involving Asian investors and targets.

She also supports fund managers, fund administrators, custodians and trustees, and compliance consultants on fund structuring and the regulatory and compliance issues that arise across a fund’s lifecycle, including a number of clients based in Greater China. Crystal graduated from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023.
