Ryan advises on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on investment funds, variable capital companies (VCCs), and family offices. He regularly acts for fund managers of private equity funds, hedge funds, and venture capital funds, as well as family offices, including assisting with the setting up of fund structures such as VCCs. Ryan also regularly advises investors interested in starting a business and living in Singapore under the Global Investor Programme (GIP).

Ryan’s general corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of shares and business transfers, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work, including advising companies establishing operations in Singapore. He also has experience advising clients on Singapore and international initial public offerings, including secondary equity and debt fundraisings by such entities.
