Sharmila Nair is a Director of Bayfront Law LLC and her areas of practice includes corporate and commercial litigation, family law, criminal law, mediation and arbitration.

Sharmila regularly advises both corporate and individual clients on complex legal disputes and strategic legal issues. Prior to private practice, Sharmila served as group legal counsel for a well-established Singapore private company. She was also seconded by her law firm to act as legal counsel at a Singapore-listed company and a global pharmaceutical company.
