Ye Yang is an Associate in the Corporate team, advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on transactional work and investment funds. His practice spans domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, as well as assisting clients with the set-up of fund structures.

Ye Yang graduated from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023.
